HI there, I am wondering how to do the technique for making 1/2 square triangles by cutting two squares, placing them facing each other, drawin a line diagonally through the centre and then sewing a sem 1/4 inch from the drawn line. Apparently you then get two squares of 1/2 square triangles. I would have to do this twice to get enough to make a pinwheel. How do you go about establishing what size square to cut in order to get the desired size pinwheel?
