Topic: quilting patterns - Area artists return for Horse Barn’s annual juried art show (The Argus Leader)
Artist Peg Lindberg of Sioux Falls uses her quilting skills to show the motion of the water across her work. It took first place in the Three Dimensional category of the the Sioux Empire Arts Council’s Ninth annual Juried Exhibition, showing through Sunday at the Falls Park gallery. The color photo features Jones’ signature white antique door in a setting of blazing red leaves on trees in the background, and green plants with yellow flows in the foreground.
